		<description>Please tell me your information about Low Carb diets did NOT come from a site that gets all of its info from PCRM.  PCRM&#039;s goal is to get everyone to be a vegetarian and to ban the use of any animal products at all.  The data here has been refuted in other places many times using actual research articles, not polls.  I would be happy to send you some links on the research that has shown that low carb diets actually improve your blood sugar levels, improve your cholesterol levels - raising HDL and lowering LDL and triglycerides, and reduce your blood presure.</description>
